The Trustora process

Understand every step before you begin

The Trustora process guides customers from registration to repayment using clear steps and visible status updates. The exact information and documents required may vary by product and assessment requirements.

1. Download and Register

Install Trustora only from an official app-store link published on this website. Register using your mobile number and complete the required account-verification steps.

  • Never share an OTP or verification code with another person.
2. Complete Your Profile

Provide the identity, contact, employment, income, bank-account and supporting information requested for assessment. The information required may vary.

3. Complete Verification

Your identity, submitted information and eligibility may be reviewed using internal checks and approved service providers.

4. Application Assessment

Trustora may assess identity, eligibility, affordability, fraud risk and applicable credit information before returning a decision.

  • Submission does not guarantee approval.
5. Review the Offer

Approved customers receive an offer showing the principal, charges, repayment period, payment schedule and total amount payable.

  • Read the full offer carefully before accepting it.
  • Do not accept an offer where the repayments are not manageable.
6. Accept the Agreement

Accept only after reviewing the applicable terms, repayment dates, total cost and consequences of late or missed payment.

7. Fund Transfer

After the agreement is accepted and any final requirements are completed, eligible funds are transferred to the verified bank account.

  • Transfer time may depend on banking hours, bank processing, system availability and verification requirements.
8. Repayment

Complete each repayment according to the agreed amount, method and schedule shown in the app and agreement.

  • Keep proof of payment until the repayment is confirmed.
9. Completion

When all obligations under the agreement are completed, the account record will be updated accordingly.

  • Any future application will be assessed separately and is not guaranteed.
